The Physical Kit includes the printed MY PA Business Planner shipped to you, and you also get the same instant digital access while you wait.

How fast do I get access?
Digital orders: you can download everything immediately after checkout.
Physical orders: your planner will ship on release, but you still get instant digital access on day one.
Can I edit the templates?
Yes. The business plan comes in Word & PDF, the planner is a fillable PDF, and the finance tools are in Excel (also compatible with Google Sheets). Everything is fully editable so you can tailor it to your business.
What if I already own the planner?
If you already have a MY PA Planner, choose the Digital Kit to get all the extra tools without another printed copy. Or, if you’re preparing to raise investment, go straight for the Investor-Ready Toolkit.
What’s your refund policy?
Digital downloads: final sale and non-refundable once delivered.
Physical kits: may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Rates, taxes, and any duties are calculated at checkout. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
