2. Then upload your PDF to your reader.

We recommend Good Notes for iOS and Noteshelf for Android devices. These apps allow you to sync your digital Planner across all your devices. Xodo for Windows applications. If you’d like a free option for iOS CollaNote is an excellent Free Option.
